本文提出分时操作二进制比例乘法插补器的工作原理。据此原理设计的一个微插补器能同时对2n个控制轴进行插补运算,与一般应用的直线插补器相比较,其数据处理效率提高2n倍。以微处理器芯片EPROM作为数据存储器不仅使逻辑结构简单,而且使功能增强、体积微型化。此外,还得出n的取值范围和主钟频率F的关系式。
This paper proposes time-sharing binary multiplication multiplier interpolator works. A micro-interpolator designed according to this principle can interpolate 2n control axes at the same time. Compared with the linear interpolator generally used, its data processing efficiency is improved by 2n times. Using the microprocessor chip EPROM as the data memory not only makes the logic structure simple but also enhances the function and miniaturizes the size. In addition, the relationship between the range of n and the main clock frequency F is also obtained.
