蹄铁肾是常见的一种肾融合畸形,其发生率为1/400～1/1800,因肾融合引起一系列临床症状和合并症.我科自1965～1996年,共诊治蹄球铁肾患者30例,现报道如下.1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料 本组30例中,年龄8～73岁.腰痛或有血尿者28例,伴腹胀,消化不良者5例,腹部扪及包块者7例,伴有十二指肠溃疡者1例,无症状体征者2例.尿路平片及静脉肾盂造影检查示:单侧肾结石伴肾积水20例,双侧肾结石积水1例,双侧肾积水2例.1.2 治疗方法 对23例肾结石或积水患者施行手 Foot kidney is a common form of renal fusion deformity, the incidence of 1/400 ~ 1/1800, due to renal fusion caused by a series of clinical symptoms and complications.
