在一定的灭菌条件下，以５－羟甲基糠醛的吸收度Ａ（５－ＨＭＦ）和ｐＨ值为指标，考察了１０批１０％葡萄糖注射液在消毒器中不同位置对其质量的影响。结果均符合《中国药典》（一九九○版）规定；但不同位置的葡萄糖注射液两项指标仍有较大差别。
Under certain sterilization conditions, the 5-hydroxymethylfurfural absorbance A (5-HMF) and pH values as an indicator to examine the 10 batches of 10% glucose injection in sterilizer different position of its quality . The results are in line with the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” (1990 edition) requirements; but different locations of glucose injection two indicators are still quite different.
