用共沉淀法制备了TiO2 ZrO2 复合氧化物载体。BET、DTA、XRD表征结果表明 ,该复合载体具有较大的比表面积和较好的热稳定性。对于环己酮肟气相Beckmann重排反应制己内酰胺 ,用复合载体制备的B2 O3 /TiO2 ZrO2 催化剂 ,比分别以TiO2 、ZrO2 为载体所制备的B2 O3 /TiO2 和B2 O3 /ZrO2 催化剂具有更高的活性和选择性。实验结果表明 ,催化剂表面中等强度的酸位是环己酮肟气相Beckmann重排反应的有效活性中心。
The TiO2 ZrO2 composite oxide carrier was prepared by coprecipitation method. The results of BET, DTA and XRD indicated that the composite support possesses large specific surface area and good thermal stability. The B2 O3 / TiO2 ZrO2 catalyst prepared by the composite carrier prepared by vapor phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime has a higher average pore diameter than the B2 O3 / TiO2 and B2 O3 / ZrO2 catalysts prepared by TiO2 and ZrO2 respectively Activity and selectivity. The experimental results show that the moderate acid sites on the catalyst surface are effective active sites for the gas phase Beckmann rearrangement reaction of cyclohexanone oxime.
