目的 :研究豚鼠一侧迷路切除对前庭内侧核区 N-甲基 - D-天门冬氨酸 (NMDA)受体亚单位 R1m R-NA表达的变化。方法 :利用原位杂交方法 ,切除豚鼠一侧迷路 ,观察前庭内侧核区 NMDA受体亚单位 R1m RNA的变化 ,及其在前庭代偿中可能的作用。结果 :手术组一侧迷路切除 ,2 0~ 4 0 h,受损侧前庭内侧核表达阳性细胞数较未损侧明显增多 (P <0 .0 1) ;4 0 h~ 6 d处于下降趋势 ,到 6 d与对照组差异已无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :前庭内侧核区 NMDA受体亚单位 R1表达的变化趋势与前庭静态症状的恢复变化趋势基本一致 ,表明 NM-DA受体亚单位 R1效能的调制在一侧迷路切除后静态症状的代偿中可能起重要的作用
Objective: To investigate the changes of R1m R-NA expression in N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor subunits of the medial vestibular nucleus in guinea pig with labyrinth excision. Methods: In situ hybridization was used to excise the left side of guinea pigs to observe the changes of R1m RNA in NMDA receptor subunits and its possible role in vestibular compensation. Results: In the operation group, the number of positive cells in the medial vestibular nucleus was significantly higher than that in the uninjured side (P <0.01) at 20 ~ 40 h, and decreased from 40 h to 6 d There was no significant difference between the control group and the 6th day (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The change trend of the expression of NMDA receptor subunit R1 in the medial vestibular nucleus is basically consistent with that of the vestibular static symptom, indicating that the modulation of R1 potency of NM-DA receptor subunit May play an important role
