项目背景:作为集医疗、保健、教学、科研、救援于一体的大型现代化综合性三级甲等医院,武警总医院一直致力于医院的信息化建设工作。近年来,医院规模不断扩大,目前日均门诊量达4000人次,医院床位数超过1500张。随着医院规模的不断扩大,院内联网运行的一线业务电脑终端已经达到400~500台。为了给患者提供最准确、及时的诊断,医院逐步采购配置了多台大型影像检查设备,包括3台CT、2台MR、3台DR和其他多台影像设备。伴随影像检查在院内应用的日益增多,一个新的问题开始逐渐显现并日益突出;即如何将海量的检查影像和相关检查报告,快速分发至临床一线科室。需求特点:上述问题,实质上需要解决的是如何将海量检查影像在全院范围内快速、有效、便捷共享。该问题还包括下述具体需求:不同类型、不同检查设备生成的海量影像如何快速收集和统一存储;
Project Background: As a large-scale modern comprehensive Grade-3 hospital integrating medical treatment, health care, teaching, scientific research and rescue, the Armed Police General Hospital has been devoted to the information construction of the hospital. In recent years, the scale of the hospital has been constantly expanding. At present, the daily average outpatient volume is 4,000 and the number of hospital beds is more than 1,500. With the continuous expansion of the hospital scale, front-line computer terminals operating in the hospital network have reached 400 to 500 units. To provide patients with the most accurate and timely diagnosis, the hospital gradually procured and equipped with several large-scale imaging equipment, including 3 CTs, 2 MRs, 3 DRs and many other imaging devices. With the increasing use of imaging examination in the hospital, a new problem began to emerge and become increasingly prominent; that is, how to quickly disseminate mass inspection images and related examination reports to clinical departments. Characteristics of demand: The above problems, in essence, need to be solved is how to mass inspection images within the hospital quickly, efficiently and easily shared. The issue also includes the following specific needs: how to quickly collect and store massive images generated by different types and different inspection equipment;
