自Gonin发现封闭裂孔治疗视网膜脱离以来,手术不断改进,疗效大大提高,但仍有部分病人病情严重愈后不良。我科自1980年1月～1984年12月五年中,用硅胶环扎术治疗估计予后不良或无望的视网膜脱离患者31例,其中10例追踪观察1/2～4 1/2年现将结果报告如下: 一般资料31例中,男20例,女11例,年龄19～68岁,右眼14例,左眼17例。发病时间:最短9天,最长一年,其中22例病史在一个月以 Since Gonin discovered that the closed hole treatment of retinal detachment has been continuously improved, the effect is greatly improved, but there are still some patients worse after the bad condition.
