本实验采用Mehta氏微生物法测定5只家兔静脉注射5-FU25mg/kg后的血药浓度,实验所得数据拟合血药浓度-时间曲线,符合二房室模型。经电子计算机处理得其动力学参数。同时,还应用该法测定了一例结肠癌和一例胃癌病人静脉注射5-FU10mg/kg后于1/2,2小时的血药浓度。本实验方法的优点是设备简单,不需要精密仪器,但其敏感度不够高(最低可测到2×10~(-7)g/ml)。
In this study, Mehta’s microbial method was used to determine the plasma concentration of 5 rabbits after intravenous injection of 5-FU at a dose of 25 mg / kg. The experimental data fitted the plasma concentration-time curve and fitted with a two-compartment model. The electronic processing of the kinetic parameters.
