目的:研究毛喉鞘蕊花地上部分的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶、RP-C18和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱,以及制备RP-HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,运用NMR和MS等方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别为chamaecydin(1)、6α-hydroxydemethylcryptojaponol(2)、α-雪松烯(3)、齐墩果酸(4)、佛司可林G(5)、佛司可林J(6)、1,6-二乙酰-9-去氧佛司可林(7)、佛司可林A(8)、佛司可林H(9)、6-乙酰-1-去氧佛司可林(10)、白桦酸(11)、β-谷甾醇(12)。结论:化合物1~3为首次从鞘蕊花属植物中分离得到,化合物4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the aerial part of the flower of the sclera. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, RP-C18 and Sephadex LH-20, and RP-HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR and MS. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified, namely chamaecydin (1), 6α-hydroxydemethylcryptojaponol (2), α-cedrene (3), oleanolic acid (4), forskolin G (5), and buddha Sikelin J (6), 1,6-diacetyl-9-deoxyforskolin (7), Forskolin A (8), Forskolin H (9), 6-Acetyl-1 - Desoxicolin (10), birch (11), β-sitosterol (12). Conclusion: Compounds 1-3 were isolated from the genus Coccothrax for the first time. Compound 4 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
