文章应用牛顿内摩擦定律、转动定律等理论,推导出了地面驱动式螺杆泵的抽油杆在原油中旋转受到的摩擦力矩的计算公式,使螺杆泵的抽油杆力学分析、电机功率传到泵上的剩余量及应用在高粘油和稀油油井上电机功率的合理配置等问题得以解决。
In this paper, the theory of Newtonian internal friction law and rotation law is used to deduce the formula of friction torque of sucker rod rotating in crude oil driven by ground-driven screw pump. The mechanical analysis of sucker rod of screw pump is carried out. The remaining amount of pump and the application of the motor in the high viscosity oil and thin oil wells, such as the rational allocation of power to be resolved.
