合理把握办公空间中私密性与公共性的平衡,是营造体现心理关怀的办公空间的重要前提。在现代办公空间设计中,正确把控这两者关系不仅能够提升办公环境,还能带动员工士气等诸多好处;反之,则会造成工作效率低下等不良后顾。本文从现今社会状态,国内外发展趋势结合人的心理生理需求等多个角度分析了这二者的关系,以及在办公空间设计中如何处理两者关系,力求创造出符合发展趋势,满足人对于私密性及公共性要求的办公空间。
To reasonably grasp the balance between privacy and publicity in office space is an important prerequisite for creating office space that reflects psychological care. In the design of modern office space, the correct control of the relationship between the two can not only improve the working environment, but also stimulate employee morale and many other benefits; the other hand, it will result in poor work efficiency and other adverse aspects. This article analyzes the relationship between the two from the perspectives of the present state of society, the trend of domestic and international development combined with the psychological and physiological needs of people, and how to deal with the relationship between the two in the design of office space, in order to create a system that meets the development trend, Privacy and publicity requirements of the office space.
