改革开放以来,我国社会发生着翻天覆地的变化,尤其是在今天的21世纪,不仅仅是人流在快速变化,物流、财流以及信息流也随着不断循环加速,企业接待工作也就自然而然的由单一化的迎客送客、安排吃住向多样化发展。他们现在不仅要做到迎来送往还要做到搞好上下级关系,协助企业间的合作、树立企业良好的形象等等,接待工作逐步专业化、多样化,因此,引入了“适度管理”一词,也因此在这里做到适度管理是必不可少的。本文就针对适度管理究竟是什么?适度管理的详细介绍、适度管理在企业接待工作中的意义以及在企业管理中的正确运用方法进行简要的分析和探讨。
