研究了共晶铝硅合金激光熔凝强化工艺的机理,探讨了利用特定温度下的人工时效实验,使多种混合作用的强化分解出来,从而判定其主要的强化机制。研究结果表明,这种熔凝强化工艺是以细晶强化为主,固溶强化为辅,伴有少量第二相强化,可使硬度及耐磨性提高1倍。
The mechanism of laser welding strengthening process of eutectic Al-Si alloy was studied. The artificial aging test at specific temperature was used to study the strengthening mechanism of many kinds of mixing action. The results show that this kind of fusion strengthening process mainly consists of fine grain strengthening and secondary solid solution strengthening. With a small amount of second phase strengthening, the hardness and wear resistance can be doubled.
