建立器官免疫耐受是维持移植器官长期存活的理想境界。目前,在临床上应用的诱导免疫耐受的方案主要有:建立混合嵌合体;应用阻断共刺激通路的抗体;删除T细胞[1]。其中建立嵌合体是诱导器官免疫耐受的重要途径。本文就嵌合体的概念、种类、建立嵌合体的方法及其诱导免疫耐受的机理,嵌合体的检测及临床应用的研究进展作一综述。
The establishment of organ immune tolerance is the ideal state to maintain the long-term survival of transplanted organs. Currently, the clinical application of the program to induce immune tolerance are: the establishment of mixed chimera; application of antibodies blocking the costimulatory pathway; delete T cells [1]. The establishment of chimera is an important way to induce organ immune tolerance. In this paper, the concept and types of chimeras, the methods of establishing chimeras and the mechanism of inducing immune tolerance, the detection and clinical application of chimeras are reviewed.
