通过对陆地棉(G.hirsutum)不同抗、耐、感枯、黄萎病材料的种子浸提液加兔血红细胞的凝集力测定表明,棉花不同品种(系)材料间的凝集力存在着明显的差异,凝集力的大小与棉花抗枯萎性强弱呈正相关。凝集力越大,抗枯萎性越强;凝集力越小,抗枯萎性越弱。凝集力与棉花不同材料抗黄萎性不存在必然的联系。
The results showed that the cohesion of G.hirsutum with different resistance, tolerance and witheredness, seed extract of Verticillium dahliae and rabbit erythrocytes showed that the cohesion of different cotton varieties had obvious cohesion The size of agglutination is positively correlated with the intensity of anti-wilt of cotton. The greater the agglutination force, the stronger the resistance to withering; the smaller the agglutination force, the weaker the resistance to wilting. There is no necessary relation between cohesion and anti-wilt resistance of different cotton materials.
