目的 :探讨慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)患者症状限制性运动后气体交换的恢复和呼吸方式改变与吸氧对它们的影响。方法 :COPD患者 14例分别于吸氧前后 ,作症状限制性运动负荷试验。试验中连续测定气体交换参数 ,比较吸氧前后呼吸方式改变 ,并计算气体交换参数恢复半衰期和恢复程度。结果 :吸氧后 ·VE、VT及HR恢复半衰期较吸氧前明显缩短 ;在运动停止10min时 ,呼吸各参数恢复程度相仿 ,无明显的差异。吸氧前△VT为 (4.4± 2 .9) % ,而吸氧后△VT为 (1.7± 2 .2 ) % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :吸氧能明显改善COPD患者症状限制性运动气体交换参数恢复半衰期和呼吸方式。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of oxygen exchange on the recovery of gas exchange and the changes of breathing patterns and oxygen inhalation after symptoms-limiting exercise in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: 14 patients with COPD were subjected to restrictive exercise load test before and after oxygen inhalation. Gas exchange parameters were continuously measured in the experiment, before and after oxygen breathing changes compared to calculate the gas exchange parameter recovery half-life and recovery. Results: After the oxygen inhalation, the half-life of recovery of VE, VT and HR was significantly shortened compared with that before inhalation of oxygen. At 10 minutes after exercise stopped, the recovery of respiration parameters were similar with no significant difference. The △ VT was (4.4 ± 2.9)% before oxygen inhalation, while the △ VT was (1.7 ± 2.2)% after oxygen inhalation, the difference was significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Oxygen inhalation can significantly improve the recovery half-life and respiration pattern of symptomatic restrictive exercise gas exchange parameters in COPD patients.
