今年,福建省委办公厅开展了机关竞争上岗工作,通过民主、公开、竞争、择优的原则,遴选产生了6名能力水平较高的处长。这次竞争上岗工作是办公厅深化干部人事制度改革的一次重大举措,也是提高选人用人公信度、形成充满活力的选人用人机制的生动实践。 This year, the Fujian Provincial CPC Committee General Office carried out the work of competing for posts by organs.
