今年,福建省委办公厅开展了机关竞争上岗工作,通过民主、公开、竞争、择优的原则,遴选产生了6名能力水平较高的处长。这次竞争上岗工作是办公厅深化干部人事制度改革的一次重大举措,也是提高选人用人公信度、形成充满活力的选人用人机制的生动实践。
This year, the Fujian Provincial CPC Committee General Office carried out the work of competing for posts by organs. Through the principle of democracy, openness, competition and selection of superiority, the selection of six officers with high competences resulted in the selection. This competitive appointment is a major step taken by the General Office to deepen the reform of the cadre personnel system and is also a vivid practice of enhancing the credibility of selecting and employing people and forming a vibrant selection and employment mechanism.
