近年来,传媒企业上市步伐不断加快,传媒与资本市场结合日加紧密,并呈现出良性发展的态势。从上市模式看,逐渐从以借壳上市为主向以新股发行为主、借壳上市为辅的方式转变;从企业经营范围上看,逐渐从边缘业务向核心业务靠拢;从上市主体来看,逐渐从以国有企业为主向其它所有制企业转变。本文在分析我国内地上市传媒企业的总体特征基础上,比较传媒企业上市前后的相关财务数据,寻找企业在运营过程中存在的问题,并提出相关政策建议。
In recent years, the pace of listing of media enterprises has been accelerating. The combination of media and capital markets has been growing day by day and has shown a trend of sound development. From the listing model, gradually from the backdoor listing to the IPO, backdoor listing as a subsidiary of change; from the business point of view, gradually from the edge of the business to the core business closer; from the listed subject, gradually From state-owned enterprises to other ownership-based enterprises. Based on the analysis of the overall characteristics of listed media companies in mainland China, this paper compares the relevant financial data before and after the listing of media companies to find out the problems in the operation of the enterprises and puts forward the relevant policy recommendations.
