山东十里泉发电厂4号机组系我厂125MW汽轮机第50台产品,在1991年11月大修时发现第九级隔板汽叶损坏,原因为该机组在运行过程中因流通部分有异物脱落,将第九级隔板汽叶严重打坏,使隔板汽叶出汽边打裂22处,并且将汽叶背弧面节圆线外打成许多密集状麻点,麻点直径最大的约φ3~φ0.5mm,部分汽叶型面产生严重凹坑(见图所示),直接影响了机组的安全性和经济性。按技术要求该隔板已无法使用,应予以报废;但考虑到电厂大修周期及社会经济效益,经反复研究,决定采用补焊结合打磨的方法修复,即将汽叶节圆线以外型面(背弧)
