江苏省无锡市太湖格致中学崇尚“以人为本”的管理理念,致力于教师专业发展,做到扬长与避短相结合,加压和加冕相结合,放电与充电相结合,让每一位教师都能感受到职业发展的快乐。为了缩短教师成长周期,学校采取了“外引内培”的策略,成功引进了多名高水平的名特优教师,同时,也致力为学校的所有教师搭建成长平台,锻造教师教学的硬功。目前,学校有特级教师2名,区级骨干教师占比44.1%,市级骨干教师占比30.2%,师资水平在全市同级同类学校中名列前茅。
