为探索不同渗碳层深度对重载齿轮钢疲劳性能的影响,利用旋转弯曲疲劳试验研究了18Cr2Ni2MoVNb重载齿轮钢未渗碳和渗碳试样的疲劳性能。结果表明:渗碳后渗碳层硬度升高,疲劳性能显著提高;随渗碳时间的延长,渗碳层深度增加,残余奥氏体含量增加,因此随渗碳层深度的增加,试验钢的疲劳性能呈先增加后降低的趋势;当渗碳层深度为1mm时,18Cr2Ni2MoVNb试验钢疲劳性能较好。
In order to explore the influence of different depth of carburized layer on fatigue performance of heavy duty gear steel, the fatigue behavior of 18Cr2Ni2MoVNb heavy duty gear steel under un-carburized and carburized was studied by rotating bending fatigue test. The results show that after carburizing, the hardness of carburized layer increases and the fatigue property increases obviously. With the increase of carburizing time, the depth of carburized layer increases and the retained austenite content increases. Therefore, with the increase of carburized layer depth, The fatigue performance first increases and then decreases. When the depth of carburized layer is 1mm, the fatigue property of 18Cr2Ni2MoVNb steel is better.
