创设合适的学习情境是教学方法富有启发效果的关键环节,是判断课堂教学是否成功的重要步骤之一。本文以建构主义理念为核心,结合《旅游企业人力资源管理》的课程特点,向学生提供一个主动型的学习环境,建构以学生为主体、参与型的课堂教学模式,通过利用现代教学媒体、典型案例、社会实践、实验室模拟等教学方法、手段,激发学生学习的积极性与主动性,从而达到课堂教学生动化的目的。
Creating a suitable learning situation is a key step in inspiring teaching methods and is one of the important steps in judging the success of classroom teaching. Based on the concept of constructivism and combined with the characteristics of “Human Resources Management for Tourism Enterprises”, this paper provides a proactive learning environment for students and constructs a classroom-based teaching model with students as the main body and participation. By using modern teaching media, Case, social practice, laboratory simulation and other teaching methods and means to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of students to achieve the purpose of classroom teaching vividly.
