杏苏和止咳兩种合剂,是中医临床上經常使用的产品,需要量很大,平均每季耗用生药原料27吨左右(相当180万剂中药)。但是在生产过程中,时常有不同程度的膠冻現象产生,冻膠形成后,全部溶液即轉入特殊的半固体狀态,具有彈性,在水及醇中均不溶解;不仅給生产上帶来困难,並且对产品質量也有影响,部分有效成份不得不随冻膠的形成而棄去。經过一段时期的摸索和探討,我們初步找到了冻膠的原因和防止办法。現將一点不成熟經驗介紹出来,希望大家指正。
The combination of Xing Su and Cough Relief is a product commonly used in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine. It requires a large amount and consumes about 27 tons of crude drug raw material per season (approximately 1.8 million doses of Chinese medicine). However, in the production process, there are often various degrees of jelly phenomenon. After the jelly is formed, all the solutions are transferred into a special semi-solid state, which is elastic, and does not dissolve in both water and alcohol. Difficult to come and affect the quality of the product, some of the effective ingredients had to be discarded with the formation of jelly. After a period of exploration and exploration, we initially found the cause of the gel and prevent measures. Now I introduce a bit of immature experience and hope that everyone will correct me.
