人力资源是一种特殊的无形资产,它在决定经济发展方面发挥着关键作用。同时,对人力资源进行定价的要求,也受不断建立、完善的市场经济体制的影响,变得日益迫切。然而,以当前理论界和操作层的现状,一套规范化的计量方法和体系尚难成形。作为一种特殊的无形资产,如何评估人力资源价值,是人力资源价值理论研究的重点及瓶颈。以人力资源价值评估为背景,本文旨在探讨人力资源价值评估的常见的重大误区,并对其进行新的思考。
Human resources are a special form of intangible assets that play a key role in determining economic development. At the same time, the demand for pricing human resources has also become increasingly urgent due to the continuous establishment and improvement of the market economic system. However, with the current theoretical and operational status quo, a standardized set of measurement methods and systems is still difficult to shape. As a special kind of intangible assets, how to assess the value of human resources is the focus and bottleneck of human resources value theory. Taking the evaluation of human resources as the background, this paper aims to explore the common mistakes of human resources evaluation and to make new thinking on it.
