本文建立了钠离子选择电极检测唾液Na~+含量的试验方法。观察了20名正常人唾液流率、Na~+、IgA变化的生理节律。检测了139名21岁至70岁正常人的唾液流率、Na~+、IgA水平,并与Sjgren's综合征患者进行了比较。实验结果提示,标本采取时间和受试者的年龄显著地影响非刺激性混合唾液流率、Na~+、IgA的检测结果。
This paper established a sodium ion selective electrode test saliva Na ~ + content of the test method. The normal circadian rhythms of Na + and IgA in 20 normal subjects were observed. The salivary flow rate, Na ~ +, and IgA levels were measured in 139 normal 21- to 70-year-old individuals and compared with Sjgren's syndrome. Experimental results suggest that the time taken by the specimen and the subject's age significantly affect the non-irritating mixed saliva flow rate, Na ~ +, IgA detection results.
