为了研究茶树油(TTO)对5种常见致病菌的体外抑菌活性,试验采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法、牛津杯抑菌圈试验、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)试验和悬液定量杀灭试验对茶树油的抑菌活性进行了研究。结果表明:超临界二氧化碳萃取得到的茶树油含量为0.6 g,收率为0.15%;牛津杯抑菌圈试验结果显示,茶树油对5种常见致病菌均有一定的抑菌效果,且整体呈现出浓度依赖性;大肠埃希菌和白色葡萄球菌的MIC为1.0%,金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌的MIC分别为1.2%、1.4%、2.0%。茶树油对大肠埃希菌和绿脓杆菌的杀灭效果最强,2.0%的茶树油对绿脓杆菌、大肠埃希菌的杀灭时间为30 min;茶树油对金黄色葡萄菌和白色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果次之,3.5%的茶树油对白色葡萄球菌的杀灭时间为120 min,4.0%的茶树油对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭时间为30 min;茶树油对白色念珠菌的杀灭效果最差,杀灭浓度高达15.0%且作用时间长达150 min。说明茶树油是一种有良好抗菌活性的天然产物,具有广阔的开发利用价值。
