通过分析在软土中铺设混凝土排水管道的困难,创造性地提出顶管与拉管工艺相结合,由顶管千斤顶提供管段顶进的推动力,拉管机确保管段按设计轴线前进。其克服了顶管工艺难以在软土中控制顶进方向和拉管工艺不能拖拉混凝土管段的缺点,发明了一种在软土中铺设中大管径混凝土排水管的新方法。
By analyzing the difficulty of laying concrete drainage pipelines in soft soil, creatively put forward the combination of pipe jacking and pipe pulling technology. Jacking pipe jacking provides the driving force of pipe jacking, and the pipe drawing machine ensures that pipe jacking advances along design axis. The invention overcomes the defect that the pipe jacking technology is difficult to control the advancing direction in the soft soil and the pipe pulling technology can not drag the concrete pipe section, and a new method for laying a large diameter concrete drainage pipe in the soft soil is invented.
