目的:对比分析传统乳腺X线机与数字乳腺X线机的临床价值。方法:选取广州花都妇幼保健院接收的400例行乳腺检查的患者进行分组研究,结合临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组,对照组与观察组分别使用传统乳腺X线机与数字乳腺X线机,对比两组曝光次数、平均摄影体位、检查时间以及诊断效果。结果:两组曝光次数、平均摄影体位、检查时间对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);传统乳腺机的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别是82.4%、80.7%、81.5%,而数字乳腺机的上述指标分别是87.3%、84.1%、86.1%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与传统乳腺X线机相比,数字乳腺机虽然难以显著地提高乳腺癌诊断的特异度、敏感度以及准确度,但是却能够使曝光次数、摄影体位以及检查时间显著减少。
Objective: To compare and analyze the clinical value of traditional mammography and digital mammography. Methods: A total of 400 breast cancer patients admitted to Guangzhou Huadu Maternal and Child Health Hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to randomized clinical trial. The control group and observation group were treated with traditional mammography Machine and digital mammography, the number of exposures compared with the two groups, the average photographic position, examination time and diagnostic results. Results: The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of traditional mammography were 82.4%, 80.7% and 81.5% respectively, with significant differences in the number of exposures, mean body position and examination time between the two groups (P <0.05) The digital mammography indicators above were 87.3%, 84.1%, 86.1%, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Compared with conventional mammography machines, digital mammography machines can significantly reduce the specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of breast cancer diagnosis, but can significantly reduce the number of exposures, imaging positions and examination time.
