时下中国动漫产业风光无限、企业求贤若渴,可动漫类专业毕业生失业率却连年走高。此怪异现象说明了动漫企业与动漫院校的供求已出现严重的问题。本文结合相关院校的教学经验,系统分析了中国动漫教育的现状及问题,并就师资力量、专业方向等问题进行了一些探讨,提出了一些思考。 At a time when the Chinese animation industry has a lot of scenery and companies are thriving, the unemployment rate for the graduates of the animation class has risen year after year. This weird phenomenon shows that animation companies and animation colleges and universities have emerged a serious problem of supply and demand. This paper systematically analyzes the status quo and problems of Chinese cartoon and animation education based on the teaching experience of relevant colleges and universities, and discusses some issues such as teachers’ strength and professional direction and puts forward some suggestions.
