用粉煤灰混凝土泵送浇筑成型足尺的结构实体试验模型剪力墙与现浇楼板及相应的标准立方体试件,对其进行了为期1年的混凝土自然碳化深度测试,得到相应龄期的剪力墙、现浇楼板及相应立方体试件混凝土的碳化深度数据。研究结果表明:随混凝土强度等级的提高,其碳化深度减小,混凝土抗碳化能力增强;剪力墙与现浇楼板及相应的标准立方体试件碳化深度与时间成自然对数增长规律,立方体试件碳化深度与实体结构混凝土存在差异。研究结果可供工程结构混凝土碳化耐久性能检测与控制参考。
The fly ash concrete was used to pour full-scale structural solid test model of cast-in-place shear wall and cast-in-situ floor slab and corresponding standard cubic test pieces. The depth of 1 year concrete natural carbonation test was tested and the corresponding age Shear wall, cast-in-place floor and the concrete cubical specimen carbonation depth data. The results show that with the increase of concrete strength, the depth of carbonation decreases and the carbonation resistance of concrete increases. The law of natural logarithm of the depth and time of carbonation of shear wall, cast-in-situ floor slab and corresponding standard cubes increases naturally. There is a difference between carbonation depth and concrete structure concrete. The research results are available for the test and control of durability of concrete structure carbonation.
