作者对一家大型军工企业进行案例研究时发现,获得较好的绩效评价是研发人员展现更多组织公民行为的重要动因,本文在此基础上就激发军工企业研发人员的组织公民行为提出了相应建议。
When the author conducts a case study on a large military enterprise, he finds that obtaining a good performance evaluation is an important motivation for the R & D personnel to exhibit more organizational citizenship behavior. Based on this, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to stimulate the organizational citizenship behavior of the R & D personnel in the military industry. .
