以美国、英国、日本、德国等为代表的国外管理学科分为工商管理类、农林管理类、图书馆类、公共管理类四类。我国管理学科分为管理科学与工程、工商管理、农林经济管理、公共管理、图书馆情报与档案五个一级学科。我国的管理学科设置与国际上通行的管理学科设置比较接近,在学科内容上基本与国际接轨。因此,认真对比研究国内外管理学科评价的经验,无论在学科评价,还是在学科建设方面,均可为我国管理学科发展提供借鉴。
Foreign management disciplines represented by the United States, Britain, Japan and Germany are divided into four categories: business administration, agriculture and forestry management, library and public administration. Our management discipline is divided into management science and engineering, business administration, agriculture and forestry economic management, public administration, library information and archives five first-class subjects. The setting of management disciplines in our country is relatively close to that of internationally accepted management disciplines and basically meets the international standards in the content of disciplines. Therefore, a careful and comparative study of the experience of evaluation of management disciplines both at home and abroad can provide reference for the development of China’s management disciplines in terms of subject evaluation and discipline construction.
