在实际应用过程中,管线口径的突变、泵出口压力不稳以及各种阀门和部件的开合都会造成流量的波动,进而对质量流量计的测量结果产生影响。针对科里奥利质量流量计实验和应用中关于流量波动的问题,在实验室通过改变泵的频率来模拟流量的波动,研究和分析流量波动对质量流量计的测量结果产生的影响。在静态质量法水流量标准装置(U=0.05%,k=2,0.01~50 t/h)上选取了一台DN50的Micro Motion质量流量计(准确度等级:0.2级,流量范围0~36 t/h)为实验对象,选择10 t/h和20 t/h两个流量点进行试验,使流量分别控制在q(1±1%)、q(1±3%)、q(1±5%)、q(1±10%)t/h的范围内,研究不同流量波动范围和不同测量时间对测量结果的影响。
In practice, sudden changes in the pipe diameter, unstable pump outlet pressure, and the opening and closing of various valves and components can cause fluctuations in the flow rate, which in turn can affect the measurement results of the mass flow meter. In view of the problem of flow fluctuation in the experiment and application of Coriolis mass flowmeter, the fluctuation of the flow is simulated in the laboratory by changing the frequency of the pump, and the influence of the flow fluctuation on the measurement result of the mass flowmeter is studied and analyzed. A DN50 Micro Motion mass flowmeter (accuracy grade: 0.2, flow rate range: 0-36) was selected on the static mass flow standard device (U = 0.05%, k = 2,0.01 ~ 50 t / h) (1 ± 1%), q (1 ± 3%), q (1 ± 1%) were selected as the experimental subjects, and the two flow points of 10 t / h and 20 t / 5%), q (1 ± 10%) t / h, the influence of different flow fluctuation range and different measurement time on the measurement results was studied.
