目的:揭示正常人跟骨骨密度的增龄变化规律及脊柱椎体自发性骨折的骨密度阈值,探讨超声波法测量骨密度的临床应用价值。方法:用Lunar Achilles系统对正常人男410例,女450例和骨质疏松症患者145例进行右侧跟骨骨密度测定。结果:正常人随着年龄的增加,BUA、SOS和Stiffness明显减少,女性在老年前期以后有加速减少的趋势。脊柱椎体自发性骨折的BUA、SOS和Stiffness阈值,男性分别为(86±10)dB/MHz,(1480±24)m /s,(53.0±10.2)% ;女性分别为(87±9)dB/MHz,(1470±27)m /s,(50.5±93)% 。结论:正常人男女性超声波测量值与年龄呈负相关,当BUA,SOS和Stiffness 低于或接近阈值时,容易发生脊柱椎体自发性骨折,超声波法测量骨密度有广泛的临床应用价值
OBJECTIVE: To reveal the regularity of aging of calcaneus in normal subjects and the threshold value of bone mineral density (BMD) in patients with vertebral vertebral fractures, and to explore the clinical value of ultrasound in measuring BMD. Methods: The right calcaneal bone mineral density (BMD) was measured by Lunar Achilles system in 410 cases of normal male and 450 female and 145 cases of osteoporosis. Results: With the increase of the age, the BUA, SOS and Stiffness decreased obviously, while the female decreased rapidly after the pre-old age. The BUA, SOS and Stiffness threshold of spine vertebral body were (86 ± 10) dB / MHz and (1480 ± 24) m / s, (53.0 ± 10.2)% respectively in men and 87 ± 9) dB / MHz, (1470 ± 27) m / s, (50.5 ± 93)%. CONCLUSIONS: The ultrasound measurements of men and women are negatively correlated with age. Spontaneous spinal vertebral fractures are prone to occur when BUA, SOS and Stiffness are below or near the threshold. Ultrasound has a wide range of clinical applications
