患儿男,9岁.住院号:273299.以右眼突出,右侧面瘫月余,烦渴,多尿,微热20余天,咳喘2天,于1990年1月21日入院.入院前月余因左下颌犬齿活动在外院拔除,当时出血较多,次日上下颌齿龈肿胀,双颌下淋巴结肿大,右眼闭合不全。诊断:右面神经核下瘫.治疗4天无效,并出现发热、烦渴、多尿,日尿量3000～4000ml,皮肤出现散在出血点,近2天咳喘加重,门诊以肺炎、败血症收入院.
