静息时T波倒置,而运动时T波转为直立,即运动性T波正常化(TWN)。活动平板试验中TWN并不少见,然其临床价值迄今未明。在33个月内,667例受检者按照Bruce方案进行~(201)铊心肌灌注显象活动平板试验。除外静息时继发性T波异常和运动中缺血性ST段压低者,平均58(33~77)岁的45例男性受检者在~(201)铊运动试验中出现TWN。根据~(201)铊显象所见,将左室划分为前间隔节段和下后壁节段,分别对应于V1/V5导联和aVF导联T波改变,33例受检者存在Q波,提示有心肌梗塞史,余12例受检者静息时存在非特异性ST-T波异常。试验前停用β阻滞剂48h。 45例受检者出现运动性TWN,其中43例(96%)~(201)铊显象阳性。52个节段(aVF或V1/V5导联)出
Resting T wave inversion, and exercise T wave into the upright, that is, exercise T wave normalization (TWN). TWN activity plate test is not uncommon, but its clinical value so far unknown. Within 33 months, 667 subjects underwent ~ (201) thallium myocardial perfusion imaging in accordance with the Bruce protocol. Among the 45 male subjects with an average of 58 (33-77) years of age who developed TWN in the ~ (201) thallium exercise test except for those with secondary T-wave abnormalities at rest and ischemic ST-segment depression during exercise. According to ~ (201) Thallium imaging, the left ventricle was divided into anterior segment and inferior posterior wall segment, which corresponded to the change of T wave in V1 / V5 lead and aVF lead respectively. There were Q Wave, suggesting a history of myocardial infarction, more than 12 subjects at rest there is non-specific ST-T wave abnormalities.
