目的 :检测白血病细胞株 Epo R的表达和 Epo刺激的增殖反应。方法 :流式细胞仪检测白血病细胞株 Epo R的表达 ,3H - Td R掺入法检测 Epo刺激的增殖反应。结果 :除 T淋巴细胞系外 ,其余细胞株均为阳性 ,Epo R阳性率在 18%~ 99%间 ,均值 5 2 % ,三型间 Epo R阳性率的差异没有统计学意义 ;9株中 7株被刺激而显著增殖 ,P<0 .0 5 ,Epo R阳性率不与增殖反应相一致。结论 :白血病细胞株中可有 Epo R的表达 ;Epo可引起部分白血病细胞增殖 ;Epo R阳性率不与增殖反应相一致。
Objective: To detect the expression of Epo R in leukemia cell line and the proliferative response induced by Epo. Methods: The expression of Epo R in leukemia cell line was detected by flow cytometry. The proliferative response of Epo stimulated by 3H - Td R incorporation was detected. RESULTS: Except for T lymphocyte cell lines, all other cell lines were positive. The positive rates of Epo R were between 18% and 99% (mean 52.2%). There was no significant difference in the positive rates of Epo R between the three types. Among 9 strains 7 strains were stimulated and significantly proliferated, P <0. 05, Epo R-positive rate is not consistent with the proliferative response. Conclusion: The expression of Epo R in leukemia cell lines can be observed. Epo can cause some leukemic cells to proliferate. The positive rate of Epo R is not consistent with proliferative response.
