本文目的旨在观察硫酸锌对心肌慢反应电活动的影响,所得结果如下:(1) 0.1~0.3mmol硫酸锌能使高钾除极引起的豚鼠乳头肌慢反应动作电位APA和V_(max)降低,APD_(50)和APD_(90)显著延长;(2) 0.1~0.3 mmol硫酸锌能抑制家兔离体窦房结细胞的自律性,使窦房结APA降低,APD_(90)延长,SP_0和SP_4减小;(3) 0.1 mmol硫酸锌可对抗0.4μmol哇巴因诱发的豚鼠心室肌振荡后电位,提高引起振荡后电位的哇巴因阈浓度。提示:锌抑制心肌慢反应电活动。
The purpose of this paper is to observe the effect of zinc sulfate on the electrical activity of slow reaction of cardiac muscle. The results are as follows: (1) 0.1 ~ 0.3mmol zinc sulfate can make APA and Vmax of guinea pig papillary muscles induced by high potassium depolarization, APD_ (50) and APD_ (90) were significantly prolonged; (2) 0.1 ~ 0.3 mmol zinc sulfate inhibited the self-regulation of isolated sinoatrial node cells in rabbits and decreased the APA, APD_ (90) SP_0 and SP_4 decrease; (3) 0.1 mmol zinc sulfate can counteract the post-oscillatory potential of guinea pig ventricular muscle induced by 0.4 μmol ouabain and increase the threshold concentration of ouabain. Tip: Zinc inhibits slow cardiac electrical activity.
