试验了不同浓度CCC、B_9、TIBA、ABA对葡萄试管苗生长的影响。观察到适宜浓度的CCC和B_9具有延缓葡萄试管苗的生长、抑制节间伸长的效果。初步证实,10~20ppm的CCC可用于葡萄试管苗的常温保存,并能有效地降低生长速度、延长转接时间。
The effects of different concentrations of CCC, B_9, TIBA and ABA on the growth of grape plantlets were tested. It was observed that the appropriate concentrations of CCC and B_9 have the effect of retarding the growth of grape plantlets and inhibiting the internodal elongation. Preliminary confirmed that 10 ~ 20ppm CCC grape seedlings can be used at room temperature preservation, and can effectively reduce the growth rate, to extend the transfer time.
