《学记》是我国最早的一部教育论著,距今已有两千多年。它不仅总结了当时事富的教学经验,而且贯穿了朴素的辩证法思想。书中在谈到教与学的关系时说:“善学者师逸而功倍,又从而庸之。不善学者师勤而功半,又从而怨之。”意思是说,学生善于学习,教师化的精力很小却收效很大,而且对教师表示感戴,学生不善于学习,教师化的精力很大却收效很小,而且会埋怨老师。这段话是极有见地的。
The “Xue Ji” is China’s earliest educational thesis. It has been more than two thousand years ago. It not only summarized the teaching experience of the then wealth, but also permeated simple dialectical thinking. In the book, when it comes to the relationship between teaching and learning, it is said: “A good scholar has a lot of skill and a lot of work. It is also a bad idea. An unsatisfied scholar has a good job and a good job, and thus he complains.” This means that students are good at learning and teacher-oriented. The energy is very small but it works very well. It also feels great to teachers, students are not good at learning, teachers are very energetic but have little success, and they complain about teachers. This passage is extremely insightful.
