我国建筑工程基坑技术起步于上世纪的八十年代,与发达国家相比起步较晚。城市建设的发展朝着高层建筑的趋势发展,促使人们对地下空间的有效利用越来越予以重视,基坑施工也应运而生。由于工程所处的地质和水文情况不同,基坑施工过程中存在一定的区域性特征,而且还要受到周围的建筑、地下管道的位置和对变形的抗性等因素限制。以此为出发点,本文对建筑工程中深基坑开挖相关施工工艺进行了总结,并更深入分析了基坑工程在施工过程中应注意的问题,研究结果可为基坑施工的顺利展开提供一定的参考作用。
China’s construction technology foundation pit started in the eighties of last century, compared with the developed countries started late.
