设计公差、材料特性、制造误差以及其它方面因素都会造成车辆动态响应的变化,尤其是车辆的NVH(Noise Vibration and Harshness)性能的变化。这些因素往往会造成相当一部分的车辆NVH问题突出,甚至超出设计指标,这将会给汽车制造商带来大量的产品维修成本,更为重要的是会影响到客户对整车制造商(OEMs)的满意度。整车制造商也在寻求能将汽车NVH性能控制在技术指标内的设计方法。本文重点着眼于驱动系统、轮胎及其它旋转和驱动部件在设计过程中必须考虑的设计因素,通常这些部件的不平衡、磨损以及一致性问题都将引起严重的NVH问题。
Design tolerances, material properties, manufacturing errors, and other factors can all contribute to the dynamic response of the vehicle, especially the NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) performance of the vehicle. These factors tend to cause a considerable part of NVH vehicle problems outstanding, or even exceed the design specifications, which will bring a lot of product maintenance costs to the car manufacturers, more importantly, will affect the customer to the vehicle manufacturers (OEMs) Satisfaction. Vehicle manufacturers are also looking for ways to control the car’s NVH performance within specifications. This article focuses on design considerations that have to be taken into account during the design of drive systems, tires, and other rotating and driving components. Often these imbalances, wear, and compliance issues cause serious NVH problems.
