目的探讨在临床高血压护理中开展健康教育的实际效果。方法将2016年1-6月份的高血压患者182例随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者采用常规的责任组护理方式,研究组患者在常用责任组护理的基础上给予针对性的专项健康教育,比较两组患者护理前后的血压水平、良好的生活方式及对护理工作的满意度。结果研究组患者血压的达标率明显高于对照组(χ~2=6.508,P<0.05);研究组患者的生活方式明显有改善,吸烟的比率明显低于对照组(χ~2=7.206,P<0.05),研究组对护理满意度98%,明显高于对照组(χ~2=6.286,P<0.05)。结论针对性的健康教育在高血压护理中能有效控制患者的血压水平,改善患者的生活方式及提高对护理的满意度。
Objective To explore the practical effects of health education in clinical hypertensive nursing. Methods One hundred and eighty-eight patients with hypertension in January-June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and study group. Patients in control group were treated with the usual responsibility group. Patients in study group were given specific items on the basis of common responsibility group care Health education, blood pressure levels before and after care, good lifestyles and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance rate of blood pressure in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ ~ 2 = 6.508, P <0.05). The lifestyle of the study group was significantly improved and the smoking rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (χ ~ 2 = 7.206, P <0.05). The satisfaction degree of the study group to nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ ~ 2 = 6.286, P <0.05). Conclusions Targeted health education can effectively control the blood pressure level, improve the life style of patients and improve the satisfaction with nursing in the treatment of hypertension.
