1987年我省温州蜜柑由于受环境条件的影响,可溶性固形物(以下筒称含糖量)有普遍降低的趋势。为了弄清温州蜜柑含糖量下降的原因,笔者先后赴南昌市朝阳农场、九江市茅山头园艺场、南丰县等十几个温州蜜柑产地进行了考察和测定,根据各地蜜柑生长的环境条件不同,其含糖量降低程度有显著差异,平均下降1.3%。其中下降最多的达2.1%,最少的为0.8%。经综合分析,蜜柑含糖量降低与气候、肥水、叶果比、土壤、修剪、砧木、树势、树龄、产量、采收期等因素有关。现将几个主要的相关因素概述于下:
In 1987, due to the influence of environmental conditions, the content of soluble solids (hereinafter referred to as sugar content) of Wenzhou Satsuma in our province generally decreased. In order to find out the reasons for the decrease of sugarcane content in Wenzhou, the author went to visit Chaoyang Farm in Nanchang, Maoshan Head Horticultural Field in Jiujiang, Nanfeng County and other dozens of Wenzhou Satsuma producing areas for investigation and determination. According to the different environmental conditions for the growth of Satsuma, , The degree of sugar content decreased significantly, with an average decrease of 1.3%. Among them, the decrease was up to 2.1% and the least was 0.8%. After comprehensive analysis, the decrease of sugar content of satsuma is related to climate, fertilizer and water, ratio of leaf to leaf, soil, pruning, rootstock, tree vigor, age, yield, harvest time and other factors.
