本文以Mintzberg的五字组织理论为基础,提出了五字组合薪酬模式,即在一个组织中将员工分为五类,对不同类型的员工采用不同的薪酬制度,以使薪酬体系更具灵活性和适应性,能更好地发挥作用。同时,本文还给出了一个应用案例。
