本文指出旅游企业在人力资源中存在企业管理制度不完善,企业人力资源观念淡薄,旅游企业缺乏人才管理,旅游企业缺乏员工培训的问题。可以通过实施旅游企业员工职业生涯规划的方法,建立人力资源信息管理体系来促进旅游企业人力资源管理的改善。
This paper points out that tourism enterprises have some problems in human resource such as imperfect enterprise management system, weak human resource management concept, lack of talent management in tourism enterprises and lack of staff training in tourism enterprises. Through the implementation of tourism enterprises career planning staff, the establishment of human resources information management system to promote the improvement of human resources management in tourism enterprises.
