目的:系统考察四物汤及其成分配伍的体外抗凝血作用,发现四物汤活血作用的物质基础,为体内动物实验提供参考依据。方法:采用凝血酶原时间(PT),活化部分凝血活酶时间(KPTT)和凝血酶时间(TT)为检测指标,观察四物汤、阿魏酸、川芎嗪、芍药苷对这些指标的影响。结果:体外凝血研究的结果表明四物汤、阿魏酸、川芎嗪、成分组合能延长凝血时间,且作用呈剂量依赖性。阿魏酸、川芎嗪起主要作用,阿魏酸和川芎嗪的成分配伍与四物汤的抗凝血作用没有明显差别。结论:阿魏酸、川芎嗪是四物汤活血作用的物质基础,两者配伍可以代替四物汤的抗凝血作用。
OBJECTIVE: To systematically investigate the anti-coagulation effect of Siwu Decoction and its components in vitro and to find out the material basis of activating blood circulation of Siwu Decoction and provide a reference for in vivo animal experiments. Methods: The indexes of prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (KPTT) and thrombin time (TT) were used as indexes to observe the effect of Siwu Tang, ferulic acid, ligustrazine and paeoniflorin on these indexes . Results: The results of in vitro coagulation study showed that Siwu Tang, ferulic acid and ligustrazine could prolong the clotting time and the dose-dependent manner. Ferulic acid, ligustrazine play a major role, ferulic acid and tetramethylpyrazine composition compatibility and anti-coagulant effect of Siwu Tang no significant difference. CONCLUSION: Ferulic acid and ligustrazine are the material basis for promoting blood circulation of Siwu Tang, and the combination of the two can replace the anticoagulant effect of Siwu Tang.
