为了解部队结核病的发病情况，探讨其流行趋势，采用回顾性统计住院治疗病例的方法，揭示某区结核病的流行历史与现状，并对未来流行趋势及防治做出预测。结果显示：结核病仍是某区常见住院病因，但近年来呈逐渐下降趋势，目前，防治重点在于肺结核五种类型。治疗方案应继续坚持短程监督化疗
In order to understand the incidence of tuberculosis in the armed forces and to explore its epidemic trend, the retrospective statistics of hospitalized cases were used to reveal the epidemic history and status of tuberculosis in a certain area and predict its future trends and prevention. The results showed that: tuberculosis is still a common cause of hospitalization in a district, but it shows a gradual downward trend in recent years. At present, the focus of prevention and treatment is on five types of tuberculosis. Treatment programs should continue to adhere to short-range monitoring of chemotherapy
