自由站立式立管系统的纵向尺寸对介质不稳定流动特性的影响是其结构设计中备受关注的问题,因此,采用OLGA软件模拟了不同水深条件下自由站立式立管系统管内流体的流动特性。结果表明:随着水深的增加,出现不稳定流动的流量范围向大流量方向移动,立管底部压力的波动周期和幅度增大。探讨了出油管道长度,立管站立高度,柔性管长度、跨度对自由站立式立管系统管内流体流动特性的影响:出油管道越长,管内流体越易形成不稳定流动;在水深不变的条件下,小范围改变立管站立高度、柔性管长度和跨度对管内流体的流动特性影响不大。
The influence of longitudinal dimension of free-standing vertical riser on unstable flow characteristics of media is a key issue in its structural design. Therefore, OLGA software was used to simulate the flow characteristics of fluid in free-standing vertical riser system under different water depths . The results show that with the increase of water depth, the flow range with unstable flow moves toward large flow, and the fluctuation period and amplitude of riser bottom pressure increase. The effects of length of oil delivery pipe, standing height of stand pipe, length of flexible pipe and span on the fluid flow characteristics in free standing vertical riser system were discussed. The longer the oil outlet pipe, the easier the fluid in the pipe to form unstable flow. , The stand height of the riser was changed in a small range, and the length and span of the flexible pipe had little effect on the flow characteristics of the fluid in the pipe.
