四川石化有效突破新建企业外事人力资源与工作任务繁重的制约,推进外事管理体制机制创新。中国石油四川石化有限责任公司于2007年3月正式成立。作为西南地区首个特大型炼化一体化企业,四川石化项目对外引进多套工艺技术和先进设备。涉外事务中,因公出国(境)、对外邀请、外宾来华接待和管理等业务集中,工作量大。作为中国石油推行“新厂新体制、新厂新机制”的实践载体,四川石化人员配备精干,岗位职能综合,外事工作实行集中统一管理。总经理(党委)
